Job Title: RF Optimization Senior Engineer
Base Location: Iraq, Sulaymaniyah

Job Responsibilities:
·      GUL OSS KPI’s Optimization and main KPIs improvement
·      GUL Parameter audit refer to the baseline
·      GUL Internal and External Interference Analyzing with providing a proper Solution
·      Analyze GUL drive test logs with recommendations and actions
·      Capacity and Coverage optimization, reporting in case of possible breach with recommended actions
·      Neighbor optimization strategy design and the perform the audit
·      Handle VIP customer Complain and Normal User Complain on time

Requirements:
·      Min 6 years’ Experience in RF Optimization and planning capacity
·      Radio Planning and Optimization of a GSM/WCDMA/LTE (2G/3G/4G) network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs
·      Knowledge and Practice of Post Processing tool (TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation , GENEX Assistant , GENEX Prob , or equivalent.)
·      Defining and Monitoring KPIs reports on network
·      Good understanding For GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR KPI optimization and Improvement, need understand Huawei Parameter and KPI Formula
·      Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
·      Understanding the Call Flow with Post Processing Skill and Layer 3 Analysis

Education:
·      Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) / Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

Other Requirements
·      Proficiency in English language
·      Motivated and self-confident
