Tangent International is looking for an PCRF Engineer to work a 12 month rolling contract based in KSA.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Solution Design and architecture
· Expert in E/// Charging System:
· Design Documentation
· Business Configuration Expert
· Solution Integration
· Hands-on and expertise in SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, VXML IVR, NGCRS, NGVS, ECMS, OLM
· Experience in E/// PCRF:
· PCRF design and implementation (E/// SAPC)
· PCEF design and implementation
· DPI design and configuration
· CS & PS Core network experience
· End 2 End BSS domain experience (CRM, Billing, Mediation, provisioning, ESB, …etc)
· Perl, Shell, and Python Scripting
· SOAP and Rest API experience
· Microservices architecture
· Software development experience
