Optimization Engineer

New job opportunity; I am looking for an Optimization Engineer to work a 12 month rolling contract based in KSA.

OVERALL PURPOSE

• Leading Optimization team for a major city in all technologies 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/5G to maintain and improve network quality, enhancing customer experience and deliver the agreed SLA KPIs and customer.
• Direct Customer Interface for handing all technical requests.
• Apply Network strategy based on the new technologies & Traffic circumstance.
• Interface with other teams including Operation, design, Core and Project.
• Negotiating acceptance criteria with Project teams to facilitate business.
• Project Acceptance responsibility for all ongoing projects such as adding new technologies or layer, new sites, HW/SW upgrades.
• Supervising the network expansion and SW upgrades for all technologies..
• Awareness of Cognitive Software /TEMS/Discovery/ENM/business Object.
