RF Optimization Engineer (ZTE Equipment)

Tangent International are urgently looking for an RF Optimization Engineer (ZTE Equipment) to work a 12-month rolling contract based in Congo DRC

Job Description:
– The daily activities are mainly RF performance optimization cell by cell for client System, including: Combined OSS KPI to analysis and troubleshooting for Benchmark DT, lead the team to handle the customer complain, etc.
– Responsible for the implementation of project technical delivery work, and responsible for the achievement of project technical delivery KPI;
– Independently responsible for GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G wireless network daily optimization and special optimization including operation, delivery work; – –
– Skilled of network optimization analysis software tools, such as TEMS, independent wireless network optimization, parameter modification, data analysis, output network optimization report, network rectification measures, network adjustment plan;
– Responsible for troubleshooting network optimization technology;
Independently carry out customer related technical exchanges and training work.
– Hands on Experience on all relevant ZTE Tools (UME, CNO, Netmax, NetNumen) in order to make parameter changes, implement bulk workorders, pull KPI’s thru performance statistics module;
