**Position: RF Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Job Description:**
As an RF Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for optimizing RF performance and ensuring the highest level of network quality for our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in RF optimization, preferably with ZTE equipment. Additionally, you will be expected to engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct RF optimization activities to improve network performance.
– Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
– Analyze network data and provide recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RF optimization.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
– Previous experience in RF optimization, preferably with ZTE equipment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
