CTN Supervisor

Tangent International are urgently looking for CTN Supervisor to work a 6 month rolling contract roll based in South Africa (Johannesburg)

Job Description:

1. – Request CTN Upgrades from Regional MTN Team and ensure upgrade has been approved and scheduled before link build.
2. – Configure relevant DCN gateways have been configured to ensure remote connectivity of nodes and remaining Aviat infrastructure.
3. – Confirm that relevant CTN ports and MW IDU ports are in a UP state after onsite teams completed the fiber patch work onsite.
4. – Request and verify CTN Designs from relevant 3rd Party Vendor based upon the Link Build Forecast for the month.
5. – Ensure CTN Designs have been verified and accurately vetted before submission.
6. – Incorporate the Approved CTN Design into the FLLD doc Mw IDU Layout and Port availability must be confirmed.
7. – Experience required 2-3 years MW transmission experience within the CTN supervisor role
8. – Priority given to having experience in MTN project
