Job Position: NOC/Network Engineer L1
Duration: Long term

JD:
•       4+ years Experience
•       Initial level troubleshooting skills of network and system administration.
•       Knowledge of OSPF,BGP and troubleshooting on Cisco ASA, ESA and WSA.
•       Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls, Stealth watch.
•       Experience in monitoring tools.
•       Knowledge about change, incident and problem management.(ITIL/ITSM experience)
•       Experience on reporting tools.
•       Customer handling experience
•       CCNA,CCNP level certification at least
•       Good communication skills
