NPO – Network Performance and Optimization
Radio Access Network (RAN) Planning and Optimization Engineer is responsible for providing radio detail planning, parameters planning, pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance and optimization services for BTS/BSC (in 2G), NodeB/RNC (in 3G), eNodeB (in 4G/LTE), and NR (in 5G) in collaboration with other core network engineers.
