It involves formulating and implementing strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission and values. Strategic Management is not a one-time activity, but a dynamic and ongoing process that requires constant learning and adaptation. As a CEO, you need to be able to communicate your strategy effectively to your stakeholders, motivate your employees to follow your vision, and collaborate with other leaders to create synergies and partnerships.
