Skills needed:
● Should have clear concepts on OSPF / BGP, different type of resiliency configuration
● Strong Network Data and Security knowledge
● Knowledge of configuring router, switches, and firewalls
● Prior experience of NoC / Incident Handling and supporting Network technologies such as routing / switching, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies that underpin multiple data centres
● Experience working with alerting and monitoring tools such as Manage Engine OPS manager, CISCO DNA-C, Prime, Nagios etc.
● Strong experience working with any ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
● Experience with Packet Analysis
● SoC Experience and some understanding of WAF and Firewall logs etc.
● Demonstrate technical understanding of DC Architecture, Infrastructure, and service management
● Fluent in English (written and spoken)
