📡 We’re Hiring: Senior RF Optimization Engineer (NOKIA Experience) 🌍
I’m looking for a Senior Engineer with solid and verifiable experience in NOKIA RF optimization. This role focuses on 5G and VoLTE technologies, with a strong emphasis on improving network performance, efficiency, and overall Quality of Experience (QoE).
📍 Preferred locations: Argentina (Córdoba or Buenos Aires)
🌐 Remote work available from anywhere in LATAM or Central America
🔍 Ideal candidate profile:
✅ Proven track record in successful optimization projects with measurable improvements in QoS and customer satisfaction
✅ Expertise in identifying and resolving complex network issues
✅ Strong skills in analyzing performance KPIs and implementing optimization strategies to maximize RF network performance
🛠️ Key Skills:
• Technologies: 5G NR (NSA/SA), VoLTE, LTE
• RF Optimization: KPI Analysis, Network Parameter Tuning, Troubleshooting
• Data Analysis: Handling large volumes of network data, Report & Dashboard creation
