Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end radio network optimization across GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR technologies.
Analyze network KPIs, drive test data, OSS reports, and customer feedback to identify and resolve performance issues.
Conduct parameter tuning, feature testing, and software validation to enhance network coverage, capacity, and quality.
Execute drive tests and perform post-processing using tools like TEMS, NEMO, Genex Probe/Assistant, Actix, etc.
Carry out RF audits, handover tuning, neighbor optimization, and interference analysis.
Collaborate with planning, implementation, and core network teams to support network rollouts and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the launch and stabilization of new sites, clusters, and technology layers (LTE/5G NR).
Document optimization efforts, findings, and recommendations.
Support trials of new features, software, and hardware.
Provide technical mentorship to junior RF engineers.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of RF principles, propagation models, and mobile network architecture.
Proven experience in multi-RAT (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G) optimization.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools (TEMS, Actix, NEMO, Genex, MapInfo).
Strong grasp of network KPIs, call flow analysis, and OSS reporting.
Skilled in interference analysis, parameter tuning, and performance troubleshooting.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex network issues.
Effective communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
