Digitel (a truly Junubia Telecom company) invite External applications for the position of Revenue Assurance Consultant as seen below.

Job Context

Job Title: Revenue Assurance Consultant
Department: Information Security
Reports to: Chief Information Security Officer
Job Location: Juba (Hybrid)

Purpose/Responsibility:

The Main Purposes for candidate is to do consultancy services which is expected to last for four months (3 months on-site and 1 month off-site).

Main duties:

• Train and develop tools for the RA focal person to monitor over, under & incorrect charging issues of Digitel Telecom products & services across all systems.
• Identify RA KPls and train the RA focal person on developing automated templates/tools generating Reports for these KPIs.
• Train RA Focal person on E2E event (CDRs) tracking and analysis.
• Train RA personnel how to Oversee billings, credit adjustments, and refunds monthly.
• Develop a template and train RA personnel on how to Perform revenue analysis, calculations, and reporting every month.
• Develop a template and determine and review revenue numbers with management every month.
• Work and show the RA how to work with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and revenue related issues, such as leakages.
• With support from our in-house developer develop below Excel automated templates to provide revenue analysis if there are leakages or not.

i) Yearly revenue analysis report template.
ii) Quarterly Revenue KPls analysis report template lll.
iii) E-top-up Analysis Monthly Report Template
iv) Daily and Monthly Revenue Analysis Report template.
v) New products and services test report templates.

• Risk Analysis and Identification Report Template.
• Developing standard SOPs template.
• Training of RA personnel on revenue assurance and potential risks in Digitel.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have worked in the position of Revenue Assurance with any Telecommunication company globally
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS preferable; Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any other related field required.
3. At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Revenue Assurance and Training.
4. Must have Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
5. PMP professional.

11. Familiar with Billing, Products and services in telecom.
12. Various vendor equipment especially ZTE.
