Manager, Growth Marketing

We are looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to spearhead our efforts in driving growth across all digital channels. This role is essential in optimizing conversion rates, refining our website, content, and messaging, and building impactful campaigns that align with our value proposition and target audience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, SEO, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement branding initiatives to strengthen Rapyd’s market presence and brand identity across various channels.
Analyze and optimize the performance of our website, email campaigns, and platform to increase conversion rates.
Use A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and other tools to identify opportunities for growth and enhance the user experience.
Oversee the website’s structure, content, and messaging to ensure alignment with our value proposition and targeted customers.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Leverage data-driven insights to create innovative strategies that drive measurable growth.
Work closely with product marketing, SEO, content, and sales teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to optimize the execution of marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
Map out and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Use these insights to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across key platforms.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on WordPress hosting or SaaS-based products.
Proven experience in growth marketing with a focus on conversion rate optimization, content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, value propositions, and market positioning.
Strong skills in managing and leading marketing teams, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative work environment.
Strong understanding of CRO methodologies, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms, email marketing, and automation tools.
Experience working closely with product marketing, SEO, content, and sales teams to drive cohesive growth strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Experience in overseeing website content, structure, and user experience to drive conversions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and SaaS growth.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
