Manager, Content Marketing & Brand
We’re seeking a dynamic Manager, Content Marketing & Brand to take our content to the next level and drive growth through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging. This role requires exceptional copywriting skills and a passion for brand storytelling, with the ability to manage content across email marketing, social media, web copy, and all customer interactions. You will oversee content creation across all platforms, including social media, blogs, video, and PR. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and cloud hosting and a proven track record of driving significant brand growth through innovative content strategies. Key Responsibilities Act as the chief conversion copywriter for marketing campaigns, optimizing landing pages and key content to maximize conversions. Develop and execute a strategic content plan to optimize web landing pages, build comprehensive content funnels, and drive growth through improved engagement, lead generation, and market expansion. Own and manage the team’s KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make informed decisions to enhance results. Apply a performance marketing mindset by understanding strategic goals, testing messaging and conversions, and owning key performance indicators (KPIs). Craft compelling newsletters, emails, social media promotions, and event abstracts to support the broader marketing strategy and keep the marketing engine running smoothly. Identify, source, and showcase customer success stories for written case studies and events, highlighting the impact of Rapyd’s solutions. Establish and lead the content strategy for Rapyd, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional WordPress cloud hosting solutions. Drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty through strategic content initiatives. Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligning cross-functional teams, and enhancing email strategies to meet performance and revenue targets. Introduce and implement innovative methods for drafting and sending emails. Drive improvements in onboarding, referral, and product conversion rates through targeted email strategies. Lead the creation of marketing, messaging, and copy for Rapyd’s website, landing pages, and other digital platforms. Ensure alignment with brand messaging and drive engagement. Develop and refine UI/UX copy for the Rapyd platform to enhance user experience and drive higher engagement. Lead and mentor content teams, including digital marketing strategists, editors, and other content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Transform blogs and other content platforms into significant lead sources, generating high-quality leads and improving overall funnel performance. Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to continuously enhance content effectiveness and support business objectives. Requirements Minimum of 6 years (or more) in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, with a proven track record of driving growth through effective storytelling and strategic messaging. Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful and engaging content across various platforms. Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement, lead generation, and growth. Demonstrated ability to apply performance marketing principles, including understanding strategic intent, testing messaging, and owning KPIs. Hands-on experience with creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including developing SOPs and enhancing email strategies to achieve revenue targets. Understanding of WordPress and cloud hosting platforms, with the ability to manage and optimize web content effectively. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience in managing content teams and guiding the creation of high-quality content. Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and support business objectives. Broad experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, with a focus on content that drives brand awareness, customer retention, and lead generation. Experience in developing UI/UX copy that enhances user experience and engagement.
