Affiliate Marketing - Lead

We’re seeking a results-driven “Affiliate Program – Lead” to execute and optimize our affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll focus on driving growth and maximizing performance by managing affiliate accounts, closing deals, and building strong relationships with partners. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the WordPress and hosting ecosystem, or SaaS, and excels in managing processes that contribute to the success of our affiliate program. You’ll work closely with the team to implement effective affiliate strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure the smooth operation of our programs. Key Responsibilities Contribute to meeting targets for new sales and monthly affiliate activations. Manage end-to-end relationships with key accounts, influencers, and partners to drive growth in the affiliate channel. Execute recruitment and activation campaigns for new affiliates, ensuring their successful onboarding. Assist affiliates in running campaigns on leading digital platforms to drive conversions, and plan initiatives to attract new affiliates and re-engage existing ones. Collaborate on the creation and optimization of banners, landing pages, and other campaign creatives to enhance program visibility. Maintain strong, proactive communication with all assigned affiliate partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product releases, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Perform general account management, monitor for fraud, and ensure affiliate compliance. Work closely with the Analytics & Reporting team to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance marketing success. Partner with the SEO team to drive organic traffic growth around the program. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and warm leads. Requirements   A minimum of 3-5 years in affiliate marketing, with a focus on account management and campaign execution. Solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem or SaaS industry, including familiarity with leading digital platforms and tools. Proven ability to manage end-to-end relationships with key accounts, influencers, and partners, with a focus on driving growth. Experience in executing and optimizing affiliate recruitment, activation campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Experience in dealing with influencers and content creators, with a strong track record of building and maintaining good relationships. Ability to collaborate on and optimize digital creatives such as banners, landing pages, and campaign assets. Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring performance metrics and ensuring affiliate compliance. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on maintaining proactive and effective relationships with affiliate partners. Keen awareness of industry trends, product releases, and opportunities to stay competitive. Familiarity with affiliate management platforms like Impact, PostAffiliatePro, ShareASale, and in-house systems. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics & Reporting, SEO, and content teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues like fraud monitoring and compliance effectively. Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to engage clients and warm leads.
