Rapyd Cloud is seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Sales Intelligence Specialist who can leverage Clay.com and multi-domain strategies to build robust prospect databases and automate outreach workflows. Key Responsibilities

 

Design and implement comprehensive lead generation workflows using Clay’s no-code scraping capabilities across multiple domains and data sources.
Set up and maintain automated data enrichment pipelines to gather contact information, company details, and relevant triggers.
Create custom validation rules and filtering mechanisms to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Develop and optimize multi-domain outreach strategies to maximize deliverability and response rates.
Build and maintain automated workflows for prospect list building, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry databases.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify ideal customer profiles and refine targeting criteria.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve lead quality.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email-sending best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

 

3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations.
Hands-on experience with Clay.com or similar web scraping and automation tools.
Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and email warmup processes.
Proficiency in data cleaning, validation, and enrichment techniques.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B prospecting platforms.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and process optimization mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience with API integrations and webhook automation.
Understanding of HTML and basic web scraping concepts.
Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Experience with sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
Background in managing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
