RAN Senior Integration Engineer (Ericsson Experience)

Role: RAN Senior Integration Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

·      Perform Software (SW) Preparation, including reading NIR and auditing live networks.
·      Execute SW upgrades network-wide using E/// tools (e.g., ASU), including FNIs.
·      Prepare the Method of Procedure (MOPs) for activating new features and functionality in the RAN network.
·      Perform FNI (Feature Network Integration) for new features and prepare the FNI report based on analyzed KPIs before and after feature activation.
·      Demonstrate the capability to roll out features across the network efficiently, using optimal methods to build and execute scripts.
·      Prepare Integration Low-Level Designs (LLD) based on Solution High-Level Design (HLD) and build MOPs for each activity.
·      Support the CPM in building the rollout plan and communication matrix with other team members.
·      Take responsibility for project tracking and updates.
·      Support newly joined engineers by assigning them relevant activities to build their experience.
·      Monitor delivery quality and proactively address any violations.
·      Perform FNI for any new configuration requirements.
·      Oversee activity execution within the integration team to ensure delivery as per plan.
·      Perform advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with the support team to resolve issues encountered during delivery.
·      Follow acceptance procedures and perform Pre-Acceptance Testing (PAT), ensuring FTR (First Time Right) to prevent future acceptance delays.
·      Promote automation and introduce better ways of working to maximize efficiency and reduce integration costs per activity.

Required Qualifications:

·      A minimum of six years of E/// Integration experience.
·      At least three years of experience leading integration teams for delivery.
·      Experience in more than five projects where the integration team was responsible for delivering over 1,500 nodes per project.
·      High competency in E/// RAN technologies, especially for 5G and 4G (basic competence in 2G & 3G is also required).
·      Strong experience with E/// Integration automation tools and methods.
