New Job Opportunity: RAN Performance Lead, KSA
We are seeking an experienced RAN Performance Lead to join our Managed Services team. This role is crucial for the day-to-day monitoring and analysis of RAN performance KPIs, ensuring consistent service quality and working closely with E/// teams and the customer.
RAN Performance Lead – Managed Services
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the Managed Services RAN Performance team and act as the primary interface between the customer and the Performance Manager.
· Monitor and analyze performance KPIs to identify trends and potential anomalies.
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive RAN performance reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
· Develop and validate new ENIQ reports based on business and technical requirements, ensuring data accuracy and correct use of formulas.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Back Office, Optimization, Configuration, Network Roll-Out, and Solution Architecture.
· Ensure the accuracy and consistency of dashboards and analytical trend reports through thorough data validation.
· Conduct periodic (weekly/monthly) performance analyses to detect threshold deviations.
· Provide input to refine and align performance KPI definitions in line with operational needs.
· Initiate and support network investigations to determine the root cause of sub-optimal performance.
· Report on network performance improvements and correlate them with implemented network changes.
· Use SQL extensively to create customized performance reports tailored to operational requirements.
· Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN) is essential. Familiarity with Core and Transmission domains is a plus.
· Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required, especially for developing custom reports and performing data analysis.
