Role and Responsibilities:

1.     Manages PS Core Team and Provide L2 Back Office support for all SS Network Elements.

2.     Implements, and adhere to WLAs along with other third-party suppliers and interfaces.

3.     Creates Security and Access Management Policy and Shall supervise access to core network elements according to the procedures.

4.     Manages initiation of emergency handling procedure and monitoring the progress of problem-solving activities and information escalation.

5.     Escalates capacity shortage to concerned function as per the capacity management process.

6.     Ensures that all NE’s data back-ups are done and stored as per procedures.

7.     Carries out Equipment lifeline test and traffic redundancy tests. Load test.

8.     Manages traffic and subscribers forecasting in the network and identify and carry out expansions.

9.     Manages network Optimization, Capacity Planning, performance analysis, system tuning and reporting.

10.  Maintains the communication between Core network elements in the Customer Network with relevant NMS.

11.  Performs periodic audit and report status of all installed licenses for NE’s within Core network domains.

12.  Manages performing functional acceptance for all new network elements.

13.  Configures Management- Track, own & support all the operational activities.

14.  Manages Performance Management & reporting- Manage/Track KPIs & make sure its reporting is proper.

15.  Ensures PS Core network architecture maintenance & asset management.

16.  Maintains updated HLD & LLD designs of the entire Core network.

17.  Provides guidance/Training to PS team on L2 Functions, Remote and on ground Support.

18.  Ensures End to End PS Core network Performance Management as per agreed KPI’s.

IMS Role and Responsibilities:

·       Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.

·       Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.

·       Abides by i engineering’s Local Legal and Client Requirements.

·       Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.

·       Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not

Qualifications Requirements:

·       Minimum 6-8 years of experience with 2 year in Lead role.

·       Excellent Technical presentation & people’s Management skills.

·       Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.

·       Ability to work under pressure.

·       Good Troubleshooting skills.

·       Capable of professionally managing confidential information.

·       Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.

Education Requirements:

·       BSc. in /Electrical/IT, Telecom Engineering/Computer Engineering

·       CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
