Responsibilities:
1.          As the owner for the project knowledge management, the PD should implement the knowledge management activities.
2.         Project scope Management.
3.         Project progress Management.
4.         Project Quality and EHS management: As the primary owner for delivery project quality and EHS management (including the process management).
5.         Project acceptance Management: As the owner of the acceptance and billing, manage the Acceptance (PAC/FAC) cycle and invoice is following timeline;
6.         Project performance management: As the financial management owner for delivery projects, the PD is responsible for organizing and implementing the business activities such as budget preparation (including change), on-budget delivery, rolling forecast & performance review, and final accounting; Accountable for scope, cost/budget, and schedule/milestones for all sub – projects.
7.         Project risks and issues management: Monitor and cope with delivery project internal/external issues/concerns/risks, and escalate promptly to Leader to ensure matters are addressed timely as to not impact schedule. Apply for and utilize the risk contingency in a reasonable manner;
8.         Customer’s satisfaction Management: As the primary owner for the customer satisfaction of the delivery project, the PD should guarantee high customer satisfaction on the condition that the contract is strictly executed and the business target is reached;
9.         Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary owner for the delivery project stakeholder management, and ensure the project communication plan is efficient and smooth;

Professional knowledge requirements:
1.         Have deep project management background and capabilities, such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, progress management, scope management, and stakeholder management.
2.         Basic knowledge on telecom, including Core network and equipment, Radio network and equipment, Microwave transmission network and equipment, WDM network and equipment, FTTX network and equipment.
3.         Have knowledge of contract, finance, subcontracting, procurement, and supply.
4.         Excellent communication skills and team management capability. Have the experience as a team leader in one team more than 10 person.
5.         More than 5 years of working experiences in Telecommunication and the other related fields. Serve as the PD to successfully deliver strategic, super-large, and complex projects of the company.
6.         Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering and other related fields. Master’s degree is an added preferred.
7.         Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) is an added advantage.
