Particular combination of skills
1. Familiar with GSM/UMTS/LTE (include FDD & TDD) network planning and optimization, has NPM project experience
2. Know about new Solution/ RAN Features like 8T8R/Massive MIMO and has this kind of optimization experience
3. Understand and know to use Discovery Platform /SmartCare to improve planning and optimization efficiency (Virtualized Drive Test, worst cell handling, VIP complaint process)
4. Know about digital transformation based on NPM/SOC/NOC platform & process, joint as part of model running
5. Good communication skills with English and has successful case with customer director level
Duties and responsibilities 2G/3G/4G optimization technical support, Excellent Insight
Activities, tasks and deliverables More than 5000 sites network scale RNO experience
Any other conditions or requirement At least 5 years 3G RNO experience, 5+ years 4G RNO experience Multi Project Experience
