MBB RAN Engineer- Islamabad Head Office
Job Title: MBB RAN Engineer
Location: Islamabad Head Office
Experience: 3-5 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related fields

Responsibilities
RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G Network) planning & Design & RAN Implementation. Degradation troubleshooting on LTE sites
1. Configuration, maintenance, Upgrades of BSC6900, BSC6910
2. Configuration, maintenance, Upgrades of BTS3900, DBSC3900
3. Expansion of 2G/3G/4G sites
4. Commissioning of OMU/BAM/BSC9600/6910
5. Configuration of SDR (GUL) Sites and Swap
6. Re-parenting of BSC/RNC
7. Re-parenting of BSC/RNC and LTE sites.
8. Basic radio tuning of 2G/3G/LTE
9. 2G, 3G and LTE Network Performance Analysis Alarm Monitoring and reporting occurring fault for all RAN products.
10. Bandwidth Expansion of LTE sites.
11. License installation and application.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor and above (Major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Communications and Networking, etc.)
Minimum 3 years & Above relevant experience in Telecommunication for Wireless Integration, must have sound knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Integration, planning and troubleshooting preferably on Huawei equipment’s i.e. BSC6900, 6910, BTS3900, BTS5900, U2020, U2000.
1. 1-Knoweldge on Wireless networks Architecture like 2G,3G,4G
2. 2-Understanding of Site Survey and Site Design KCPs related to Wireless hardware and accessories (Key check points)
3. 3-Knowledge on Huawei Wireless and Power Hardware like Antenna/AAU, RRUs, BBUs, Microwave and Rectifier System.
4. 4-Understading of Design Layouts, power rating measurement and accessories calculation standards.
5. 5- Auto-Cad Knowledge and experience to design Indoor and Outdoor layouts. (preferred)
6. 6-Understading and Hands on experience of MS Office,360 Suite etc.
