Senior Solutions Architect

Hire type: 12+ months Contract, extendable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-level and detailed system and software architectures that meet
business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements, translating them
into technical specifications (Developing High Level Design).
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks for projects.
• Ensure the seamless integration of various software and hardware components within the
architecture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and design patterns.
• Oversee the quality and performance of solutions, conducting reviews and assessments, as
necessary.
• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present architectural
solutions, and address their concerns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution
architecture.
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software and system architecture, with a proven track record of successful
projects. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in various programming languages, databases, and
development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and coaching team members.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in architecture.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is often a
plus
