Skills needed:
● English and Romanian language skills (written and spoken), proficiency in German is also a plus
● ITIL process knowledge (certification not mandatory)
● 5-8 years of experience in NOC Operations with a strong grasp of modern mobile networks and their technical functions
● Knowledge of mobile network domains, including Network Operation Center management, field operations, and project management
● Understanding of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
● Good analytical and technical issue resolution skills
● User-level knowledge of Operation Support Systems/Network Management Systems, with experience in tools like Netcool and Remedy
● Knowledge of modern mobile networks and technical function and elements of it with hands particularly on (HLR, HSS, UDM , UDR, STP , ENUM) along with IMS & CS voice architecture expertise
● Proficiency in troubleshooting within Linux/Unix and Windows environments
● Knowledge in virtualization systems (VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes etc.)
● Understanding of signaling protocols like SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP, HTTP, and Radius
● Knowledge in bash scripting
● Strong written communication skills and presentation skills
