⚙️ We’re Hiring: IN Engineer – Charging System & Network Performance
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🕒 Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced IN Engineer to support and optimize Intelligent Network (IN) and charging systems within a high-demand telecom environment. The ideal candidate will handle system configuration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and change management across Ericsson IN nodes and virtualized platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve IN network issues and service degradations
✔️ Perform 2nd-level restoration, trouble report handling, and change request management
✔️ Monitor and analyze IN/charging system performance reports
✔️ Implement software, hardware, and configuration changes
✔️ Design and configure service logic (tariffs, service classes, etc.)
✔️ Support disaster recovery, node switchover, and fallback processes
✔️ Attend technical meetings and contribute to process and routine improvements
✔️ Maintain SW/HW status and ensure high network availability
Duties and Activities:
✔️ Manage routine system upgrades and patching for virtualization servers
✔️ Analyze network traffic patterns and performance trends
✔️ Ensure 24/7 operational readiness and participate in shift activities
✔️ Conduct VM installations, network element configuration, and CSR handling
Required Technical Skills:
✔️ Strong knowledge of Ericsson Charging System nodes: SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, OCC, IVR, NgCRS
✔️ Tariff, RMA, and business configuration experience
✔️ Linux OS and Oracle DB administration
✔️ Unix Shell scripting and IP networking knowledge
✔️ VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi (6.x), and SAN/NAS storage (HP 3PAR, C7000)
✔️ Network topology, traffic handling, and performance KPIs understanding
✔️ Experience with automation using SUF Playlist and SDP redundancy procedures
✔️ Familiar with OSS, GSM/WCDMA core, and basic knowledge in MSC/GMSC/STP/HLR
General Competence:
✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✔️ High analytical and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Able to work independently and under pressure
✔️ Flexible with work patterns and shift-based roles
✔️ Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative approach
