We’re looking for skilled individuals to join our team and deliver professional, efficient, and proactive technical support services, specifically for Huawei Cloud and Huawei Cloud Stack, to customers across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with innovative solutions.
-Collaborate with global engineering teams.
-Lead customer interactions to diagnose and resolve root causes.
-Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance services.
-Manage critical customer problems spanning multiple Huawei Cloud services.
-Mentor new hires and contribute to training and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Degree in Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
-Exceptional written and spoken English.
-Strong communication skills for effective and polished customer interactions.
-Passion for technology and customer support.
-Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networks, and storage (additional skills in security, big data, AI, database, Docker, coding preferred).
-Ability to work in rotating shifts.
-Experience in cloud services preferred.
