Now Hiring: Front-End Channel Support Engineer (Level 2)
Are you a skilled Front-End Channel Support Engineer (L2) ready to tackle technical challenges head-on? Join us in providing expert support and investigation for front-end issues across mobile apps, dealer apps, and web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
– Investigate and resolve front-end channel issues promptly.
– Collaborate with L3/L4 support teams for complex problem-solving.
– Ensure smooth production deployments and updates.
– Participate in release and change management processes.
– Monitor production systems’ health and front-end channels.
– Conduct Root Cause Analysis and track incidents until closure.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in front-end technologies like ReactJS and mobile app integration.
– Experience with Java, SQL, OCP, Unix, and Jenkins.
– Strong troubleshooting abilities for front-end applications.
– Ability to work collaboratively in resolving technical issues.
