Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G radio RF network planning & optimization , QoS and QoE management, 5 years long term project .
2. At least should be able to responsible independently for one technology .
3. Familiar with network optimization tools .
4. Able to communicate with Customer and make network performance improvement value presentation .
5. Familiar with at least two technologies optimization skills : feature & parameter optimization and KPI optimization.
6. Improve network KPIs/performance indicators by multilabel methods , including RF filed azimuth/ tilt adjustment , parameter / feature optimization .
7. Familiar with performance degradation issues troubleshooting mythology , customer complaints handling and report output .
8. Make routine radio network insights regarding network pain points of coverage , quality , throughput by multiple data source , propose corresponding short term and middle/long term solutions to improve QoS .
9. Good at customer communication and value presentation at customer manager level , be able to output network quality improvement summary report .
10. Have solid knowledge of wireless , IP and core network , able to organize E2E troubleshooting with MS backoffice team for QoS Issues.

Work Qualifications：
1. More than 5 years working experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization domain .
2. Have successful NPM project delivery experiences.
3. Fluent in English is mandatory. Able to speak French is additional advantage.
4. Good team spirit with proactive work attitude.
5. Good value presentation and customer communication skills. Engage with customers and manage customer voice.
6. Strong sense of ownership, can follow issues end to end until resolution.
