Job Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Survey:
conduct data survey and solution guidance based on product planning or customer requirements, specify requirements on data sources and data quality, and output the HLD or FRS.
2. Data Solution Design:
Understand customer services, design data architecture and technical implementation solution based on product capabilities or customer requirement survey and analysis results, and ensure that the technology can be implemented

3. Data Solution Development:
Implement data solution design and comply with data model development regulations and data quality requirements.

4. Data Integration and Verification:
Design and verify data integration technology solution to ensure that the version quality and serviceability meet the requirements.

5. Data Operations:
Explore data value based on business scenarios. Assist customers in developing data talent to maximize the value of tool chains and model assets.

The most relevant talents to the job should have:
1. Be able to analyze business objectives based on business requirements and customer data, and complete data definition, data processing logic, and data quality check.
2. Be familiar with mobile communication network architecture, know the basic service processes and terms of carriers, and know OSS and BSS services.
3. Be proficient in SQL and Python syntax and be able to develop SQL and Python scripts for routine business analysis and problem handling.
4. Be able to apply data mining algorithms or edge technologies (machine learning, deep learning) in the industry to design corresponding data model algorithms, and systematically identify or solve business problems.
5. Be able to use common data statistics and analysis tools (such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch), perform exploratory data analysis, optimize models, and independently complete data analysis and data mining project delivery.
