Are you a skilled Application Support Specialist ready to take on a dynamic role? Join our esteemed client’s team in Abu Dhabi for a 12-month contract starting within the next 3 weeks!

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Application Support Specialist (Level 2) to handle critical application support tasks, work with cutting-edge technologies, and tackle complex issues in a fast-paced setting. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of applications, addressing front-end and back-end challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Investigate front-end channel issues and resolve them at L2 level.
– Collaborate Across Teams: Work with L3/L4 support teams to solve technical challenges.
– Release & Change Management: Participate in release management activities for new application releases.
– Production Deployment: Lead production deployments on OCP, VMs, and manage application release processes.
– Continuous Improvement: Monitor application health, drive proactive maintenance, and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

– Proficiency in Liferay CMS, Java, ReactJS, and Mobile APK integration.
– Hands-on experience with OCP, UNIX, SQL, and Jenkins.
– Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex incidents.
– Understanding of production deployment processes and system monitoring.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps mindset.
– Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
