Job Title: Account Manager – Carrier Networks
Location: Tanzania- Dar es salaam
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the end-to-end (E2E) process of regional customer relationship development and project implementation to ensure the achievement of market, sales, and collection targets while strengthening customer relationships.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and enhance relationships with mid- and senior-level executives, establish exclusive customer connections, and influence the decision-making process. Provide guidance and support in managing challenging situations effectively.
– Customer Requirement Analysis: Identify customer pain points and requirements, present tailored solutions, and influence purchasing decisions to drive business growth.
– Strategic Execution: Align with regional strategic objectives by conducting comprehensive market analysis (including industry trends, customer needs, competition, and opportunities) and executing effective strategies.
– Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensure organizational stability, and foster a culture of collaboration and success.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Carrier Networks products, with a strong ability to manage and maintain key customer relationships.
– Technical background in wireless domains is preferred.
– Prior experience in the ICT or Telecom industry is highly desirable.
– Familiarity with the Tanzania carrier market and industry dynamics.
– Strong expertise in project operations, customer relationship management, and results-driven sales strategies.
