LTE Optimization Engineer, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of LTE networks through detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques. will collaborate closely with network design, deployment, and operations teams to achieve network KPIs and deliver superior network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end performance analysis of LTE networks using network performance statistics, drive test data, and OSS KPIs.
• Identify and resolve network performance issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput.
• Perform parameter tuning and optimization of LTE network elements including eNodeB, MME, SGW, and PGW.
• Analyze Layer 3 messaging and signaling protocols to optimize network behavior and performance.
• Implement capacity management strategies to ensure network scalability and resource utilization efficiency.
• Provide technical support during network integration, software upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation on network optimization activities, findings, and recommendations.
• Able to perform Cell-level optimization, Load balancing optimization, LTE Layer strategy optimization
Conduct parameter tuning and optimization of 3G network elements including Node B, RNC and core network components.
