ZXUN vRCP – ZTE‘s Virtual Resource and Charging Control Platform. It’s a PCRF with SPR, this solution helps fully leverage the mobile broadband network by providing the Policy and Charging Control (PCC) function that defines traffic policing, routing and charging. Policy control is used to authorize and control the network resource and enables the operator to manage the resources in a more flexible way. Policy control ensures that services, for example voice over IP, file transfer, and conferencing, can be offered with guaranteed QoS for high-quality user experience. Controlled resource allocation leads to optimized network utilization, and ensures that a user obtains the guaranteed quality for subscribed services.
