VMAX

VMAX – stands for Value Multi Analysis eXpert.

(VMAX) also referred to as ZXVMAX is ZTE’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) solution.

The VMAX is aimed at improving user experience when operators transform from O&M model (NOCs) to User Experience model (Customer Experience Centers). The VMAX has two phases: establishing a user experience evaluation system and improving end to end user experience. It provides correlation analysis of huge data through clustered data storage and computing, and can greatly improve data analysis and query efficiency.

Some of the features and functionalities of ZTE’s VMAX solution are:

• It can help operators build a mature user experience evaluation system that can accurately measure user experience by VVIP, VIP, VAP, and roaming users or by regions.
• It can help operators improve end to end user experience by providing root cause analysis, network optimization, service assurance, and user complaint handling.
• It can help operators achieve O&M transformation from network-centric to user-centric, and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• It can support various network technologies, such as LTE, VoLTE, IMS, CSFB, and EPC.
• It can support various service types, such as voice, video, web browsing, OTT applications, and M2M services
