EMM – Ericsson Multi Mediation
(EMM) Ericsson Multi Mediation is a multipurpose data mediation platform covering both BSS-related and OSS-related mediation. “Data mediation” refers to the process of collecting data from various sources and converting the data into a format that Predictive Insights can read and understand. Using the EMM, data is collected from across the mobile, fixed and converged networks with multi-vendor equipment and disparate IT systems and processed quickly and accurately. EMM acts as a bridge between the Network, Business and Operations Support Systems.
