We’re Hiring: RF Optimization Engineers (Multiple Locations)
GTA/Nextgen is urgently seeking experienced RF Optimization Engineers for immediate opportunities across multiple locations in the United States.
We are looking for professionals authorized to work in the U.S.
· Implementation and troubleshooting of advanced 5G/4G features and parameters
· Utilization of RF tools such as MantaRay, ACP (Airspan Control Platform), or NetAct
· Optimization across multi-vendor environments (Ericsson, Nokia, etc.)
· Support and tuning of diverse services including 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, LTE, IoT, and CBRS
· In-depth understanding of Layer 3 messages for both 4G and 5G technologies
· Proven hands-on experience in RF optimization, preferably in multi-vendor environments
