RF Performance / Optimization and Design SME (NOKIA)

Vacancy:
Position : RF Performance / Optimization and Design SME (NOKIA)
Key Technologies Requirements : 5G -4G – VoLTE – FDD – TDD
Vendors Requirements : Nokia 4G / VoLTE , Huawei or Nokia 5G

Job Description:

1. To Manage Delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer’s expectations and schedule of acceptance

2. Lead a team of RF engineers and performs RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance Radio Optimization of 5G/LTE networks to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.

3. Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems

4. Implementation of new features and tuning 5G/4G (LTE) radio network parameters.

5. Implementation of new RAN features and tuning of RAN database parameters

6. Radio propagation planning, optimization of coverage footprint and services

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science. Master’s degree is a plus

2. At least 10 years work experience in RF Planning & Optimization for Nokia LTE / VoLTE

3. At least 4 years work experience on Huawei 5G or Nokia 5G Network Planning & Optimization.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in 5G/LTE KPI analysis and statistical reporting Expertise with RF Optimization tools, DT measurement tools (ex. TEMS) and post processing tools (ex. Actix

5. Automation & Programming skills in Python, SQL, C++ is a plus.
