We are currently seeking a skilled SDF BO Business Configuration Engineer for a 12-month extendable contract based in Saudi Arabia. If you have experience in Ericsson Catalogue, business configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Role Overview:
As an SDF BO Business Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting services within the SDF network. You will play a key role in integration, migration, and system testing, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Configure and troubleshoot services within the SDF network
✔ Work with Ericsson Catalogue to create and manage products
✔ Execute integration, migration, and system testing
✔ Identify and drive process improvements
✔ Analyze performance reports and traffic patterns
✔ Handle change requests and ensure smooth execution
✔ Provide 24/7 support for network issues (including night shifts when required)
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Linux OS administration & basic IP networking
✔ SQL & Oracle Database experience
✔ Unix Shell Scripting & automation skills
✔ Experience with JBoss, SOAP UI, and system integration
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Fluent in English and able to work independently
