Position Overview:

I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated CS Core BO Manager to manage day to day Operations. This role requires advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in E/// Core and IMS Network Nodes, with a strong emphasis on operations and maintenance (O&M). As the CS Core BO Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between the Core Director on the customer side and the operations team, ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent alignment on network changes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Act as the main interface with the customer’s Core Director, handling the alignment of changes, operational concerns, and troubleshooting of daily network issues.
·      Oversee the operations of critical network elements, including IMS CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IP Works, Nels, IP-STP, MSS, MSC, TSC, and MGW.
·      Ensure optimal performance and high availability of the network through active monitoring, quick issue resolution, and performance management.
·      Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) of E/// platforms, including BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, and CPP.
·      Provide advanced O&M support for E/// IMS, WCDMA, and GSM core network platforms, including BSP, AXE, MGW, and CPP.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Expertise in E/// Core network platforms, particularly BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, and CPP.
·      Strong knowledge of IMS/CS core technologies, including IMS CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IP-STP, MSS, MSC, TSC, and MGW.
·      Advanced knowledge and experience with O&M processes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within E/// IMS, WCDMA, and GSM core networks.
·      Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage resources, and oversee operational activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
