We are seeking a Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our sales and onboarding initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for modernizing our onboarding process, integrating it into the sales consultation stage. By leveraging advanced technologies such as transcription and generative AI, you will enhance our conversion and activation outcomes, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to activation.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a strategic plan to integrate onboarding into the sales consultation stage, ensuring a seamless transition for customers from sale to activation.
Partner with vendor partners, product teams, and engineering to utilize transcription and generative AI tools, streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of Sales and Onboarding professionals to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.
Identify key metrics and indicators to assess the efficiency of the onboarding process, using data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in onboarding and sales to drive innovation within our processes.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success roles, demonstrating a history of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Experience in the hosting industry, or SaaS, with a strong focus on customer success and service excellence.
Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Familiarity with transcription and generative AI augmentation tools is an advantage.
