We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about crafting innovative outreach strategies, connecting with new prospects, and ensuring every lead is pipeline-ready. As an SDR at Rapyd Cloud, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives to strategically enroll outbound leads into prospecting campaigns and ignite interest in our products.

Responsibilities
Serve as the initial interaction for potential clients, effectively communicating Rapyd Cloud’s vision and services, presenting solutions, and generating interest in our products.
Utilize our CRM and sales stack to research, filter, and identify high-potential leads that align with our sellability standards.
Proactively source and qualify outbound leads using diverse outreach strategies—email, phone, video, and social media—to capture attention.
Continuously test messaging, channels, and sequencing to optimize response rates and engagement, staying ahead of trends and adapting as necessary.
Proactively engage leads and schedule well-prepared qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives, ensuring a robust flow of prospects in the pipeline.
Update HubSpot records meticulously to ensure contact, company, and deal information remains current, enabling our team to make data-driven decisions.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering new ideas to improve prospecting processes and overall lead efficiency.
Requirements
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in sales development or a similar role.
Previous experience in a hosting company or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
Confidence in cold calling, written communication, social media, and video outreach to effectively connect with prospects and drive interest.
Near-native proficiency in English with exceptional writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong interest in technology and its applications.
Prior experience in sales or basic knowledge of the hosting industry.
A demonstrated interest in sales through a sales development certificate.
Familiarity with HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools.
