• Maintain the Network‘s Accessibility KPIs
• Maintain the Network’s Retain ability KPIs
• Maintain the Network’s Service Integrity KPIs
• Study and Apply new features
• Try to think of innovative solutions to maximize the Network capacity
• They have to maintain the performance of the Network as good as possible.
